Phase 2 is designed for those looking to lean out even more strategically to reach specific or time sensitive transformation goals. For example, if you are looking to lock in your Summer body, Wedding physique, or a reach an athletic achievement, this is the program for you!

Following the completion of Phase 2, our coaches will assess and evaluate your progress. If you are desiring to dial in your physique and take your fitness to the next level - we will prepare you for Phase 3!

STEP 02: COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE & CALL

Schedule your FREE 15 minute Consultation Call with our Owner & Founder, Carol Arredondo! Once you select your appointment date & time, you will be prompted to complete the initial Intake Questionnaire Form to finalize your appointment.

STEP 03: REGISTER TO ACCESS YOUR PROGRAM

After you have completed Step 01 and your FREE consultation call with Carol, you will receive further instructions to select your assigned program and complete your registration! Please note to only register for the specific Program Carol assigns you. Once you complete registration, you will receive email confirmation with access to your program materials.

  • Phase 2 eases you into a new level of healthy eating. The primary change is the removal of weekly reward meals, desserts, and additional protein shakes. . The carbohydrate ratio/ macro will also decrease with additional changes to the Protein and Fat ratios as directed. This phase requires more discipline, self control, and can be mentally challenging for those who are adjusting to a new way of eating.

  • Results ultimately vary based on personal lifestyle, discipline, and underlying health factors. However, following the plan as directed by our coaches with little to no deviation is key to seeing your best personal results. If you are not willing to dedicate 100% of yourself to a healthy lifestyle, you may not see 100% healthy results, so outcome is solely based on your efforts!

  • Yes, coffee is allowed with 0 Calorie Sweeteners and Premiere Protien ONLY. We do not recommend or encourage consuming any additional high calorie sweeters, high fat creamers, or syrups.

    Diet drinks are still allowed.

    Note: We do have a list & info for recommendations that we can evaluate per individual.

  • Cardio is always recommended for our Heart & decreasing blood pressure. Our heart is a muscle & we need to keep it strong. Weight training is also recommended to build lean muscles, burn more calories, build stronger bones & reduce stress. Yoga or mobility is also very important to keep us mobile & flexible.
